Damaged on Arrival
If your glass item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Returns
Unused, undamaged items can be returned within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
